Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A reliable work history.
  • Strong English language skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus—but not required!
  • Bilingual skills are a big advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and internet leads.
  • Building lasting relationships with current and previous customers.
  • Identifying customers' vehicle needs through active listening.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments.
  • Following proven call and email processes.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Supporting the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
