About The Position

Thomas Nissan of Joliet is actively hiring Business Development Representatives (BDC) to help support our rapidly growing sales department. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, collections, hospitality, retail sales, or any position that requires strong communication skills. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people. Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred
Call center, collections, retail, hospitality, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments for the sales department
Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle interests
Confirm and manage daily appointments
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
Help create an exceptional customer experience before the customer arrives at the dealership
