About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands is seeking a polished, professional, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Associate to deliver an exceptional ownership experience from customers’ first interaction with the dealership. The associate serves as the voice of the dealership and assists customers with sales and service inquiries, creating a welcoming and seamless experience that exceeds expectations. This is a full-time, in-person position scheduled for 40 hours per week. Starting compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, with bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.
Promote Mercedes-Benz services and products by phone, email, and chat, using available resources to respond efficiently to prospective customer inquiries.
Collect lead information and maintain accurate customer data in database and reporting systems.
Follow up promptly on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved during the initial interaction.
Schedule appointments for service customers.
Demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz vision and core values in all duties and responsibilities.
Develop a working knowledge of other departments and their functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
