Now Hiring Business Development Center (BDC) Representative I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is building a new Business Development Center, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who are great communicators and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join the department from the beginning and help us build a BDC focused on great customer communication, strong appointment performance and a fun, competitive culture.

Nice To Haves

Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, call centers or another customer-facing position

Responsibilities

Responding to internet leads, phone calls, texts and customer inquiries
Making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers
Building rapport and creating great conversations with customers
Scheduling dealership appointments
Confirming appointments and following up with customers
Maintaining accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
Working closely with our sales team to create a smooth handoff when customers arrive
Consistently following our customer communication and follow-up processes
