About The Position

Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is looking for a BDC Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is great on the phone, fast on the keyboard, and driven by results, with a passion for turning potential leads into confirmed showroom visits. You will be an integral part of the Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of BDC experience in a dealership setting, preferred not required
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business communication tools
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous BDC, call center, or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and chat leads
• Build rapport and excitement with potential customers
• Set high-quality sales and service appointments
• Follow up with leads consistently
• Keep CRM notes clean, accurate, and up to date
• Work closely with sales managers to maximize show and close rates
