Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual and/or dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up with customer leads across sales, service, and parts
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database for retention
  • Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Stay current on promotions, pricing, and dealership offerings
  • Turn inquiries into appointments and opportunities
