Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to clients and RBTs.
- Manage a manageable, high-quality caseload.
- Focus on clients and supervision, with support for scheduling and communication.
- Utilize provided tools, templates, and systems to streamline planning and reduce administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset.
- Commit to ethical, high-quality care.
