Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Focus on clients and supervision
• Provide BCBA expertise and support
• Engage in clinical planning and outcomes
• Supervise RBTs (implied by context of reducing chasing RBTs)
• Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks for planning
