About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Charlotte clinic. This role offers a supportive environment where expertise is respected and administrative burdens are minimized. The position is fully center-based, meaning all sessions take place in the professional Charlotte clinic, eliminating home visits and commuting between locations. The role includes real clinical support with a dedicated BCBA Supervisor for every BCBA, an engaged Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, allowing the BCBA to focus on clients and supervision. QA Systems and Goal Banks are provided to reduce busywork and streamline planning. Caseloads are described as reasonable and high-quality, enabling a focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. There are also growth opportunities with clear pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
