About The Position

Fiesta Health is hiring a center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis care. The role offers protected caseloads, structured onboarding within two weeks, and support from a Clinical Director, RBT Trainer, Lead RBT, and Office Manager. BCBAs will work with an interdisciplinary team, use data to guide clinical decisions, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• A master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
