About The Position

Fiesta Health is hiring a center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA care in a supportive, mission-driven clinical environment. The role offers a protected caseload, structured onboarding within two weeks, and operational support from a Clinical Director, RBT Trainer, Lead RBT, and Office Manager. Compensation includes a base salary advertised as up to $115,000, with quarterly bonus opportunities.

The BCBA will provide individualized treatment, use data to guide timely program changes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and mentor RBTs with a compassionate leadership approach. Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• A master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
