Requirements
- BCBA certification.
- 115 billable-hour monthly expectation for full-time BCBAs.
- Ability to make thoughtful clinical decisions.
- Willingness to mentor and grow as a clinician and leader.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with families and RBTs.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences.
- Manage caseloads typically supporting 12-14 children.
- Lead clinical teams of 7-12 RBTs.
- Make thoughtful clinical decisions based on the individual child, family, and clinical need.
- Stay engaged with cases, teams, and families.
- Mentor and grow as a clinician and leader.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and RBTs.
