About The Position

FirstSteps is a privately owned, clinician-led ABA organization with a center in Walnut Creek. Our mission is to provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, while offering a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience for our team. We are committed to ongoing training and mentorship to support the next generation of clinical leaders. This role offers clinical autonomy and manageable caseloads, allowing BCBAs to focus on knowing their clients, supporting families, developing their team, and making thoughtful clinical decisions. Program Directors typically support 12-14 children and lead clinical teams of 7-12 RBTs, providing the space for real-time observation, coaching, and individualized clinical decision-making.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• 115 billable-hour monthly expectation
