About The Position

At Flywheel Centers, we have built this BCBA role to focus on what BCBAs are amazing at: clinical work, supervision, and client progress, while handling administrative tasks. This is a full-time, clinic-based BCBA position where you will help build a brand-new clinic with a large client base, supported by the clinical structure and leadership from established centers. This role offers the energy of a startup with the support of an established organization.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Experience providing ABA services
• A passion for ethical, high-quality care and mentorship
