Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (paid training available)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and successfully pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and caring individual with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Support clients in their homes with daily activities while promoting safety and independence
