Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have a clean driving record with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Employment requires union membership on the 91st day of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree compensated at a premium rate
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, independence, and community involvement
- Assist with personal care and medication administration as needed
- Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- Foster a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
