About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a full-time, clinic-based BCBA in Atlanta, GA. This role is designed to allow BCBAs to focus on clinical work, supervision, and client progress, with administrative tasks handled by support teams. The position offers the opportunity to help build a new clinic with a large client base, supported by the established structure and leadership of existing Flywheel Centers. It combines the energy of a startup with the stability of an established organization.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA services
• Passion for ethical, high-quality care and mentorship
