About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Commerce City Treatment Center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services, clinical supervision and programming, and collaboration with families. The company’s clinician-first model provides centralized administrative support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting so BCBAs can prioritize clinical work. The position includes manageable caseloads, protected time for supervision and collaboration, structured onboarding, and ongoing clinical development. Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• State licensure, if applicable.
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and develop ABA programming.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services.
• Support and help develop RBTs through structured onboarding and mentorship, including the Buddy system.
