About The Position
Join our Team - We're Growing and Seeking a Skilled BCBA at our Midwest City -Douglas Treatment Center. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy. We’re looking for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who share our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
- Utilize automated clinical tools.
- Engage in RBT training and provide support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $90,000- $112,000
- Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
