Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a center-based setting
- Experience with QA Systems & Goal Banks
Responsibilities
- Focus on clients and supervision
- Manage caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes
- Provide supervision to RBTs
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with a clinical team
