About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Edison clinic. The position is fully center-based, meaning all sessions occur within the professional Edison clinic, eliminating the need for home visits or travel between locations. The role offers real clinical support, including a dedicated BCBA supervisor, an engaged Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, allowing the BCBA to focus on clients and supervision. The company provides QA systems and goal banks to reduce administrative tasks and streamline planning, along with manageable caseloads to ensure focus on clinical outcomes. There are also clear growth opportunities to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
