About The Position

This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered. Responsibilities

  • Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
  • Troubleshoot and support client growth with experienced clinicians.
  • Provide direct client services.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and other clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA.
