About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Alpharetta clinic. This role is designed to provide support to BCBAs, reducing administrative burdens and allowing them to focus on clients and supervision. The company emphasizes a positive culture, clinical strength, and staff support, aiming to prevent burnout and foster success. The position is fully center-based, eliminating the need for home visits or commuting between locations. Flywheel Centers offers real clinical support, including a dedicated BCBA supervisor for every BCBA, an engaged Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, while QA Systems and Goal Banks provide tools to streamline planning and reduce busywork. Caseloads are designed to be manageable, allowing for high-quality client care. The company also offers clear growth opportunities to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
