We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with travel, requiring three full work days per month in person. The position involves providing hybrid caseload coverage for EIBI patients and technicians, managing patient supervision, technician direction and coaching, family guidance, re-assessment, and report writing. Responsibilities also include participating in team meetings, activities to build rapport, and center-wide meetings to improve patient and teammate experience. This model focuses on short-term continuity of care, supporting one assigned location at a time, with all patients and technicians in the same building. The BCBA will collaborate with in-person seasoned Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and fellow BCBAs. The role requires travel across ABC’s markets for caseload assignments while maintaining necessary licensure requirements. The BCBA must independently provide reliable password-protected internet access and a private, professional workspace free from interruptions. The position is a full-time, salaried role that does not allow dual employment and requires working a full-time schedule with the ability to shift time zones based on the assigned location.
