Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our LA Vista team. This role is designed to provide support to BCBAs, reducing administrative burdens such as endless emails and chasing RBTs. Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks with tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
- Manage manageable, high-quality caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals.
