Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Hamilton clinic. This role is designed to provide the support and respect that BCBAs deserve, moving away from excessive administrative work and towards focusing on clinical expertise. Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to clients and RBTs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize QA systems and goal banks to streamline planning.
- Manage a reasonable caseload to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
