About The Position

We are seeking a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work. At least 50% of services must be provided in person, giving you the flexibility to complete the remainder of your work remotely. This role offers true hybrid flexibility, a low caseload, meaningful clinical work, a sign-on bonus, and up to $12,000 in additional bonuses. Requirements

• Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Ability to provide at least 50% of services in person
