About The Position

Autism 360 is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a clearly defined structure: 25 hours each week dedicated to in-person, billable clinical services (CPT 97155), and 15 hours each week for flexible tasks that can be completed remotely or onsite based on workflow and business needs. This role offers competitive compensation and meaningful flexibility, allowing BCBAs to be present with learners and their clinical team while also having time for treatment planning, documentation, data review, and caregiver collaboration. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with clear expectations and is an opportunity to join one of North Carolina's largest privately held autism services providers.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Current or eligible North Carolina licensure, as applicable
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principles
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with RBTs, caregivers, and fellow clinicians
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155
  • Develop, monitor, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Conduct clinical supervision and ongoing treatment review
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Coach, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress beyond the clinic
  • Complete treatment planning, documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines
  • Partner with fellow clinicians and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain ethical, clinically appropriate, and compliant service delivery consistent with BACB, payer, and organizational requirements
