About The Position

We are a Responsive Employer - we will be in touch with you within 24 hours of applying. This is a Full Time, Permanent Position. The role is Hybrid - Remote with Travel, requiring 3 Full Work Days per Month. The salary is $65,000-75,000 + Bonus Potential. Compensation & Bonus Structures include a Monthly performance-based bonus and the ABC Citizenship Program, where Visiting BCBAs are eligible for a long-term incentive plan that banks up to $10,000 per year. Relocation Support is offered for those interested in transitioning to a center-based position. We offer 401K with Company Match and the Citizenship Program provides long-term ownership in the company. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance includes 29 Days Off (holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days) starting in the first year. Visiting BCBAs typically have manageable caseloads of 6 to 8 clients. Clinical Guidance is provided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Continuing Education includes 10+ free CEs per year in-house, extra funds for additional training, and 2 paid days for CE events. Initial Training is hands-on and supportive for the first two weeks. Ongoing Support is provided by center, regional, and Visiting directors. Live CE and Development opportunities are available, including live CE events with Dr. LeBlanc and leadership development through Leaders in Action. Structured Leadership Training is also available through our Badge Up program. Travel Support includes a P-Card (company-issued expense card and MacBook laptop) and an expense budget for office supplies. All travel and licensure related expenses are covered by ABC with access to our booking platform and loyalty member perks. Health Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and HSA options. Family Support includes maternity/paternity financial assistance and short-term disability options. Student Loan Repayment Assistance is provided. Requirements

  • 1+ year experience practicing in a clinic based setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • 1+ year experience providing hybrid caseload management, family guidance, and technician oversight
  • Comprehensive experience with Central Reach’s learning trees, sessions, report writing, and session notes
  • Experience participating in and promoting a strong team mentality
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships with supervisors, peers, technicians, and families through a hybrid position
  • Eagerness to learn from seasoned clinicians at ABC teammates and share your knowledge
  • Maintain necessary licensure requirements.
  • Independently provide reliable password protected internet access and a private, professional workspace free from interruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients and technicians with 3 days in person each month.
  • Caseload coverage / management includes, but is not limited to, patient supervision, technician direction and coaching, family guidance, re-assessment, and report writing.
  • Other responsibilities include team meetings, activities to build rapport, and participation in center-wide meetings to improve patient and teammate experience.
  • This model focuses on short-term continuity of care supporting one assigned location at a time.
  • Collaborate with in-person seasoned Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and fellow BCBAs as they help navigate the in-person environment when you are remote.
  • Travel across ABC’s markets for caseload assignments while maintaining necessary licensure requirements.
  • Independently provide reliable password protected internet access and a private, professional workspace free from interruptions.
  • Work a full-time schedule with ability to shift time zones based on assigned location.
