About The Position

Flywheel Centers is hiring hourly BCBAs across Georgia to provide evidence-based care for children with autism. This role offers high pay, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference, all while being supported by a strong clinical team. This role stands out due to highly competitive pay ($95-$115/hr, depending on experience), a flexible schedule with home- and center-based hours that fit your lifestyle, and focused clinical work with access to quality assurance support and an extensive goal bank, allowing you to prioritize direct client impact. Administrative support is provided, as the BT liaison handles daily coordination, freeing you to focus on supervision and clinical planning. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months). Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO (for eligible employees). Requirements

Active BCBA certification.
Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve measurable progress.
Supervise and support behavior technicians.
