The role involves supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians, designing and updating ABA treatment plans, providing parent training and case supervision, conducting assessments, and collaborating with diverse families and professionals.

Requirements

• BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!).
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
