About The Position

ACES is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and families affected by autism and special needs. The role involves designing and implementing tailored programs, collaborating with families and clinicians, supervising Behavior Technicians, and using data to track client progress. The position is located in Leander, Texas.

Requirements

Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Hold a Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or have started the licensure process.
Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing client programs; ABA industry experience is preferred.
Have enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
Meet requirements for a criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
Be committed to improving quality of life for individuals and families affected by autism and special needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs based on each child's needs.
Work with families and fellow clinicians to provide high-quality care and support.
Train, guide, and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
Use data collection software to assess and update client progress reports.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team in support of ACES’ mission.
