About The Position

B.E.S.T ABA is a clinician-founded and clinician-run organization built by special education teachers who became BCBAs. The company emphasizes realistic caseloads, strong clinical support, collaboration, and providing clinicians with time to give clients meaningful attention while maintaining work-life balance. BCBAs work in-home or with caseloads split between the clinic and in-home visits. Caseloads are typically between 6 and 8 clients, depending on client needs. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises and mentors BTs/RBTs, trains caregivers, collaborates with families, analyzes data, and adjusts treatment according to clinical needs. The role emphasizes treatment fidelity, clinical excellence, client dignity, and assent-based practices that ensure clients are heard. Candidates should be comfortable engaging playfully with children. The schedule offers flexible options. The monthly billable expectation is 110 hours; hours above that are paid at $80 per hour.
