Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy to clients in a professional clinic setting.
- Supervise RBTs and other clinical staff.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with a clinical team and a dedicated BCBA Supervisor.
- Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
- Manage a reasonable, high-quality caseload.
- Pursue growth opportunities, including pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
