About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Charlotte clinic. This role offers a supportive environment where expertise is respected and administrative tasks are minimized. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, allowing the BCBA to focus on clients and supervision. QA Systems and Goal Banks provide tools and templates to reduce busywork and streamline planning. Caseloads are described as reasonable and manageable, enabling a focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. There are clear pathways for growth into Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles. Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy and supervision to clients.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Focus on clients and supervision while liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks for planning and streamlining tasks.
Manage a high-quality, manageable caseload.
