About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support, allowing individuals to make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. Technicians receive hands-on training in real-life sessions and are paid their full rate during this period.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • Good standing with the BACB.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
  • Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
  • Ability to obtain 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
  • Top-notch communication skills.
  • Ability to write reports.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must submit a transcript showing Master's degree and BCBA Certification.
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
  • Up-to-date TB test and BLS training.

  • Supervisory experience with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to technicians and clients.
  • Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
  • Complete administrative work remotely.
  • Manage a caseload with a billable standard of 110.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings.
  • Ensure technicians receive hands-on training.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
