About The Position

Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technician’s collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the company’s mission and vision to the community.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician and/or Case Supervisor implementing ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans.
  • Providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors.
  • Managing and guiding assigned cases.
  • Ensuring quality service by meeting supervisory and parent training hour requirements (varies by funder).
  • Maintaining an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day.
  • Providing monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs).
  • Developing, monitoring, and updating client programs monthly; conduct FBAs as assigned.
  • Guiding behavior technicians in treatment and behavior plan implementation.
  • Establishing and monitoring program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.
  • Supervising, educating parents, and adjusting treatment plans based on authorized hours.
  • Addressing client, family, and staff issues promptly, escalating as needed.
  • Writing and submitting progress reports on time to the Clinical Director.
  • Documenting clinical time and session notes in CentralReach, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Leading monthly PODS (BT mentorship) to support BT retention.
  • Maintaining communication with staff and responding to concerns in a timely manner.
  • Staying current with research and best practices, sharing findings with staff.
  • Conducting monthly client visits and ensuring all oversight and management requirements are met.
  • Providing guidance and direction to supervisors and behavior technicians, approving program changes, and offering solutions for implementation issues.
  • Reviewing and signing off on progress reports, ensuring they are professional and submitted on time.
