About The Position

Behavioral Health Works specializes in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Behavior Treatment Planning (BTP) for adults with various disabilities. Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families and caregivers to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Experience with or willingness to work with adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical side of care, blending BTP and traditional ABA treatment planning.
  • Mentor care staff and/or family members, and guide the individual's care team through meaningful progress.
  • Conduct functional assessments, create treatment plans to target behavior reduction, and train the care team on the plan.
  • Monitor behavior progress on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and support families in measurable development.
  • Partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.
  • Design and refine individualized ABA treatment plans and develop Behavior Treatment Plans using evidence-based interventions with real systems for measuring progress and adjusting along the way.
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and case supervisors in the field.
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, train and monitor direct care staff working with the BTP consumers, and track meaningful progress on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Coach parents and caregivers.
  • Keep documentation clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Stay current on research and bring fresh thinking to the table.
