About The Position

CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency focused on driving meaningful client outcomes by investing in its people. The agency's approach is modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming, with non-negotiable clinical standards. This role involves shaping the next generation of the field through intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and genuine investment in practitioner growth, rather than just compliance. This is a hybrid position, approximately 75% remote/telehealth, and is open to local candidates only.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Passion for mentoring upcoming BCBAs
• Fluent in BST and able to demonstrate it
• Reliable transportation
• Valid CA driver's license
• Vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain a TB test within 3 weeks of hire
• Current immunizations
