About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Cedar Hill. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
- Support and collaborate with a team dedicated to ABA therapy.
- Advance career with ongoing training and professional development.
- Utilize established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
- Engage with RBT training for enhanced interaction and collaboration.
- Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
