About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in South Plano, Tx. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and leadership.
• Oversee and manage clinical operations.
• Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to best practices in ABA therapy.
• Support and mentor other BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
