About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in state-of-the-art centers and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy. The company operates over 80 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, serving children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Lead and support clinical teams.
- Contribute to the company's mission of creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to ABA therapy excellence.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $91,000 - $101,500
- Bonuses: $6K - $18K a year
- Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000
