About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services. This role is for their Lake Highlands, Tx location. Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of ABA therapy for 25 years, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for individuals with autism. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
• Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
• Lead and support a team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
• Advance clinical practices and utilize automated clinical tools.
• Collaborate with a centralized home office support team for various functions including intake, hiring, training, authorizations, and billing.
• Provide training and support to RBTs, including a buddy system for new hires.
• Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.

Benefits
