About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
• Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
• Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
• Serve children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years.

• Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $122,000
