About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is expanding its mission to Maryland communities in 2025 and is seeking a BCBA (Clinical Director) for its brand-new location in Cockeysville, Maryland. The company has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy for 25 years and is looking for individuals who share their passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a new state-of-the-art center within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
• Must be a licensed BCBA for at least one and a half years.
