About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Universal City. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
- Support and collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
- Advance career with ongoing training and professional development.
- Utilize automated clinical tools.
- Collaborate with RBTs and support new hires through training.

- Competitive Salary: $89,500 - $100,000
