About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person support, allowing for work from home or on the go while making a significant impact in the field. The role involves supervising technicians who will be trained hands-on in home sessions.

Requirements

Must have a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
Must be in good standing with the BACB.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Must have completed the BACB Supervisor Training.
Must be able to obtain 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Possess top-notch communication skills.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must submit a transcript showing a Master's degree.
Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
Must keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date.

Experience supervising children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Provide remote supervision for technicians.
Conduct in-person field visits.
Manage a caseload of up to 110 billable standard hours.
Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
Supervise technicians during hands-on training in real-life sessions.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
