Join a clinician-led organization where every clinical leader between you and our CEO is a BCBA. At Autism Learning Partners (ALP), you’ll get the flexibility, support, and clinical autonomy to focus on what matters most - your clients and families. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required. This role offers a hybrid flexible schedule with opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours, Monday–Friday. There is no expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions, giving you full control. The position features manageable caseloads with clear expectations for Direct Supervision and Parent Training based on your balanced caseload, allowing you to choose when your clinical care hours are delivered. You can expect strong earning potential with a competitive salary plus an attainable monthly bonus (up to $21,600/year additional). ALP is a clinician-led organization with over 300 BCBAs, ensuring every clinical leader between you and the CEO is a BCBA.
