About The Position

Join our Early Childhood Center serving children ages 2–6 in a warm, classroom-based environment where clinical quality, collaboration, and child development come first. Requirements

• BCBA certification required
• LABA required

• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
• Work within a play-based classroom setting
• Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
• Model strategies during real-time teaching
• Review data and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team
• Support Social Skills groups
