About The Position
Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking a qualified Center Director to join the Excel Creative Early Learning community. This role is for individuals who view teaching young children as more than a job and are passionate about shaping the future. ELA values its teachers as educators who make a lasting difference for children and families and offers opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
- EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
- Experience teaching young children
- A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
- Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field
- Level 3 Admin Credential
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the early childhood center.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
- Support and guide teaching staff.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children and families.
